Happy 4th of July

Welcome to the Eberhardt Family Blog! It's July 4th 2010 and a perfect day to start a blog. Brandon had to work today( joys of being married to a cop), so Uncle Jordan and I took the kids downtown to enjoy the festivities there. Our first stop downtown, the petting zoo, Elias LOVED it! We spent some time feeding the animals then headed up the hill to go enjoy a favorite snack, a soft pretzel. With full bellies, we walked around some more and checked out the sights downtown. It was a pretty hot afternoon and Annie was almost awake from her nap, so, we decided to head home.
I should note Ann was a perfect angel and slept the whole time!
Once we got home, we decided it was time to cool off for awhile indoors. What better way then to enjoy one of our favorite movies,The Incredible's. Daddy arrived home as the movie wrapped up and that meant it was time to grill and play outside. We decided to forge fireworks this year as the kids are a little to young to stay up that late. All and all it was a pretty awesome day!
