Here is a quick look back at all the fun times and great memories 2013 brought us!
January: January 4th, our sweet baby boy turned 1! He wouldn't be a baby for long as we were already expecting baby #4. Annie started up ballet and she loves it! The kids kept us busy going from one activity to the next but we wouldn't have it any other way
February: This was our most mellow month by far! No birthdays or major holidays in store. We did have a small super bowl viewing party and that oh-so important ultrasound. We chose NOT to find out the gender
March: My first baby boy turned 5 this month!!!! Something about being 5 that all of a sudden makes someone so much older, no? We celebrated with a trip to the indoor pool park as well as a small party back at our house!
April: Spring was in the air! The weather was starting to warm up and the winter activities were drawing to an end. Annie participated in the year end spring gymnastic show and we all took a trip to the circus.
May: Another big month for miss Annie Kat! She had her first ballet recital as well as participated in her first father daughter dance, which by the way, will become a yearly tradition! The most exciting thing to happen this month was definitely the purchase of my new camera!! Watch out children paparazzi mamma is on the loose! Other big moments this month: Elias had his LAST day of special needs preschool as well as started up another soccer season. Oh, and Brandon graduated from UND with his Masters degree, we were all very proud of our hard working master cop!!
June: The summer was in full swing, we had many outings including the fair, farmers markets, art fest and several trips to the park. We celebrated father's day with our wonderful hard working man.
July: We celebrated the 4th of July, and the next day had a baby! After 9 months of anticipation, baby Samuel James came into our lives! I was so shocked when he came out a boy, I have never had a more wonderful surprise in all my life. Welcome to the cray Eberhardt family baby boy!
August: Back to school was the theme for August. Back to school haircuts, firs days of school rounded out the month. We did manage to sneak in a few last summer adventures, like berry picking and a UND football game! We also help cousin Gavin celebrate his 8th birthday at the waterpark!
September: Miss Annie Kat turned 4! Samuel and I took a trip to the cities to visit with Jade, Elias started another soccer season and Annie started preschool! We attend the annual french fry feed which was really fun,but really hot!
October: My friend Carrie visited us in October and it is always so fun to catch up with her, this year especially, the kids loved her( I still think it was the chocolates she brought!) The leaves were falling and the kids went to town jumping in them. We got in all of our last minuet fall activities like the pumpkin patch, apple picking and pumpkin carving. I took a trip with Elias' Kindergarten class to the pumpkin patch and we rounded out the month by celebrating Halloween!
November: Brandon and I celebrated our birthdays and the kids celebrated the coming of winter by going sledding! We celebrated Thanksgiving with both Brandon and my family as well as decorated for our first Christmas as a family of 6
December: A fun filled month of family time and making memories. From Caroling to Christmas cookies and everything in between, we really enjoyed this advent season this year!
